| 摘 要： | 中国农民的首创精神和模仿能力在世界上都是罕见的,它的科学根据是人人都具有可塑性,其社会基础在于自古及今农民都是自食其力的劳动者又缺乏外源性的支持和帮助。我国社会主义初级阶段生产力的多层次性和所有制形式的多样性,给农民开辟了广阔的发展空间和自主选择的余地;而社会主义市场经济体制的建立与完善,又为新时期充分发挥农民的首创精神提供了宽松的制度环境。做好新时期的农村工作,既要坚持尊重亿万农民的首创精神,又要强调尊重农户的市场主体地位,总的要求是平等对待农民。

| Abstract: | The initiative spirit of Chinese farmers are rare all over the world. Its scientific basis lies in the plasticity of every individual. Its practical basis is that farmers have been living by their own labour and lacking external supports since ancient time. The multi-dimensional productive force and diversified ownerships in the primary stage of socialism in china have broad space for development and offered more free choices. Nevertheless, the establishment and improvement of market economic system again has provided a rather favorable environment for the full play of farmers' initiative spirit. |
