| 摘 要： | 从经济增长和社会发展的角度选取综合评价指标体系,采用计量经济方法,从经济发展水平差异和居民收入差异两个方面对改革开放以来的新疆县域经济差异动态变化进行了分析和评价。区域经济差异的存在及其过大,会对经济、社会、政治、正义、民族等各方面产生诸多的消极影响,必须给予高度重视。

| Abstract: | This paper carries out a dynamic analysis of the counties' economic variations by selecting a comprehensive evaluation system from the perspective of economic growth and social development, by adopting econometric methods and by studying economic development variations and residents' income. The existence and widening of regional economic differences must receive due attention as they would inflict negative influences upon economy, society, politics, justice and nationality. |
