| 摘 要： | 我国现行刑事诉讼法在保障犯罪嫌疑人人权方面迈进了一大步,但是司法实践中仍然存在着侵犯犯罪嫌疑人人权现象。鉴于此,只有转变刑诉观念、继续完善立法、提高公安司法人员素质,才能根除这种现象,才能充分保障犯罪嫌疑人的人权。

On Human Right Guaranty of Criminal Suspects |

| Abstract: | A big step has moved towards human right guaranty of criminal suspects in China's current criminal procedure law but judicial practice is not free from human right violation of criminal suspects. In view of that, only by changing the concept of criminal procedure, improving legislature and raising the quality of public security and judicial staff, can we get rid of such a phenomenon and fully protect criminal suspects' human right. |
