| 摘 要： | 宪法是国家的根本法 ,宪法必须得到有效的实施、执行和遵守 ,违宪是最大的违法。本文将探讨 :谁可能违宪———违宪的可能主体 ;违宪防治———违宪可能性变成现实性的路径阻断 :违宪监督审查制度的健全和完善、基于防治违宪的权力架构设计与完善。探讨违宪的可能性及其防治对策 ,对于更好地维护宪法的尊严 ,保证宪法的实施 ,建设社会主义政治文明 ,具有实际意义

| Abstract: | The constitution is the basic law of a nation. It should be obeyed and carried out effectively. The violation of constitution is the most serious law- breaking act. This article tries to find out the potential violators of the cons titution and the improvement of the supervising system and the power structure a gainst violation regarding the prevention and cure of the violation. The explora tion of this is significant in respecting the sanctity of the legal system, ensu ring the carrying out of the constitution and building the socialist political c ivilization. |
