| 摘 要： | 制度伦理是伦理学研究中的一个重要范畴。它包含两层含义:一是制度的道德合理性,强调对制度体系做出伦理方面合理性和正当性的辩护,制度的伦理辩护对于我国社会主义市场经济制度的发展和完善有着直接的重要的意义。二是道德伦理的制度化和法律化,将道德制度化最基本的途径是道德法律化,通过道德立法来提高人们遵守道德伦理的自觉性,已成为各国加强道德建设的一种主要手段

| Abstract: | Institution ethics is an important category of ethics, which has two meanings. Firstly, an institution must have reasonable ethics foundation. This meaning emphasizes giving the institution a reasonable and proper ethics excuse. Secondly reasonable ethics are always institutionalized especially legalized. Legalizing ethics has become a main means of strengthening ethics construction all over the world since it can promote people to conscientiously observe ethics. |
