| Abstract: | After China's entry into WTO, government functions have changed, which provides broad prospect for the application of administrative contract. Due to its advantages such as suitability, equality, un-compulsion and flexibility, it is feasible and necessary for administrative contract to respond to WTO regulations. According to WTO's principles of non-discrimination, transparence and judicial examination as well as the safeguard clause, the top priority task at present is to make the administrative contract institutionalized and legalized. |
