| 摘 要： | 知识经济带来了激烈的竞争 ,我国企业的生存环境不仅潜伏着巨大的风险 ,也蕴含着无尽的机遇。本文探讨了知识管理、知识管理系统以及企业知识管理的内涵 ,并分析研究了中国企业知识管理系统实施的现状。指出 ,当前在中国企业界对知识管理的需求 ,已经从认识过渡到实施阶段 ,而如何根据中国企业界的现状 ,制定切实可行的发展战略和实施方案正是本文探讨的重点

| Abstract: | The ardent challenging environment in knowledge economy era offers not only great ventures but also endless opportunities for enterprises. This paper discusses knowledge management, its system, and connotation of enterprise knowledge management. It analyzes the actuality of implementing knowledge management system in China, and points out that the demand of Chinese enterprises for knowledge management has changed from cognition to implementation. The paper concludes that workable development tactics and implementation schemes should be made in accordance with the present status of Chinese enterprises. |
