| 摘 要： | TO的教育承诺对建设类高等教育带来积极的影响与挑战 ,针对高等教育多样化、综合化和国际化的发展趋势以及人才流动全球化和人才标准国际化的时代要求 ,我国建设类高校要认清形势 ,解放思想 ,将国际合作交流作为高校国际化的核心内容 ,积极同国际各种注册师制度接轨 ,推动学历教育与非学历教育发展等方面的改革发展思路与措施的完善与落实。
