学分制问题探讨

摘    要:学分制作为弹性的教学管理制度在高校中推行 ,是高等教育扩大招生规模后的必然选择。高等教育从“精英”教育转向“大众化”教育 ,学校的教育管理制度要适应众多求学者的需要 ,使学生间的差异能得到“包容” ,以促进学生的全面发展。学分制涉及学校的课程设置、教师队伍和学生教育管理方式的调整 ,教育主管部门和高校都要采取积极措施 ,拓宽专业口径 ,培养复合型的师资队伍 ,构建适应学分制要求的新的教育管理模式。

Abstract:The introduction of credit system into the institutions of higher learning as flexible teaching management system is the institutions' inevitable choice after they enlarge their enrolment. As high education turns its focus from the "elite" to the "masses", the institutions' education management systems have to cater to the needs of most students so that the differences among the students can be tolerated and the students can develop themselves fully. Credit system involves the planning of courses, readjustment of education management patterns, and the construction of the contingent of teachers. Both the Ministry of Education and institutions of higher learning should take active measures to expand study fields, train composite teachers and establish new education management patterns to meet the requirements of the credit system.
