| 摘 要： | 结合社会发展实际论述了人文关怀是建设和谐社会的内在要求,构建和谐社会需要高层次的人文关怀。并分析了在经济、政治、文化、法治、教育、环境建设中彰显人文关怀的一些基本作法与和谐社会彰显人文关怀的基本要求,强调应重视和发挥人文关怀思想在和谐社会建设中的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the current social development,discusses the need to establish a harmonious society using humanistic consideration in the sense that high-level humanistic consideration is required in the course of the set up of a harmonious society.The paper proceeds to analyze the practice of humanistic touch in terms of political,cultural,legal,educational as well as environmental development.It finally stresses the functions that humanistic consideration plays in establishing a harmonious society. |
