| 摘 要： | 基于利益相关者视角,提出了传统企业发展战略与企业可持续发展战略的目标的异同点,并对股东至上的企业战略环境分析与利益相关者战略环境分析进行了比较研究,提出了基于利益相关者视角的企业可持续发展战略措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the stakeholders perspective,this paper puts forward the similarities and differences of the objectives between the traditional enterprise development strategy and sustainable business development strategy.It conducts a comparative study on the shareholders supremacy corporate strategic environmental analysis and stakeholders strategic environmental analysis.It proposes some sustainable enterprise development strategies based on stakeholders perspective. |
