| 摘 要： | 产业结构错位系指产业产值结构与劳动力就业结构的不一致性。三峡区域在过去10多年的发展中,社会经济得到了长足发展,产业结构不断优化和升级。但由于种种原因,就业结构转换严重滞后于产值结构转换。为此,试图运用产业结构错位分析方法,分析三峡区域产业结构错位现状及其产生原因,并有针对性提出进一步优化产业结构、降低产业结构错位幅度、提高区域经济可持续发展的根本措施。

| Abstract: | Improper application of industrial structure means the inconsistency between production value structure of industry and employment structure of labor force.In the development of three gorges region during the past over ten years,social and economic has developed greatly,industrial structure has optimized and upgraded constantly.However,for many kinds of reasons,employment structure transference has lagged behind severely production value structure transference.This thesis tries to use the analytical method of improper application of industrial structure to analyze the current situation and emerging causes of improper application of three gorges regional industrial structure,and put forward the fundamental measures on optimizing industrial structure,reducing the improper application margin of industrial structure,promoting sustainable development of regional economy. |
