| Abstract: | This paper studies that, under general condition, within the infinitely-distributedand even electric medium, the electric field force on point charge meets the Ku- lun law as it does invacuum condition; and also studies the necessary and sufficient condition of electric field force on pointcharge meeting Ku-lun law. |
