荞麦组织培养中的植株再生

摘    要:用荞麦无菌苗的幼茎和幼叶作外植体分别接种在MS补加不同激素组合的培养基上培养获得再生植株 实验结果表明 ,适宜诱导愈伤组织的激素组合为 2 4-D 4 0mg/L KT0 2mg/L ,适宜愈伤组织生长的激素组合为 2 4-D 1 0mg/L KT 1 0mg/L 诱导芽的较适宜的组合为 6 -BA 3 0mg/L IAA 0 1mg/L 不定芽接种到含MS IBA 2 0mg/L KT 0 1mg/L的MS培养基上就能生根

Abstract:Stem segments and leaf segments of Buckwheat were cultured on MS medium supplemented with different phytohormone compositions and the plant regrneration was obtained The experiment's results showed that 2 4-D was necessary for inducting callus of buckwheat The suitable phytohormone composition to induct callus was 2 4-D 4 0mg/L KT 0 2mg/L The suitable phytohormone compsition for callus growing was 2 4-D 1 0mg/L KT 1 0mg/L; It was very difficult to induce the adventitious buds from the callus kept on 2 4-D KT medium The suitable medium to induce adventitious buds and roots were 6-BA 3 0mg/L IAA 0 1mg/L MS and IBA 2 0mg/L KT 0 1 mg/L MS respectively
