| 摘 要： | 节能不是义务,而是一种商品,一个产业,节能服务更是一种产业。节能的时代要求催生了数千亿元的节能服务市场,但是节能服务法律制度的不完善严重制约着节能服务市场的发展,本文希望通过对节能服务法律制度的研究,提出一些对我国节能服务市场发展的可行性建议。

| Abstract: | Energy-saving is not compulsory,but a commodity and industry.So is energy-saving service.Energy-saving requirements of the time has created an energy-efficiency service market worthy of hundred billions of dollars.Yet the legal system for energy efficiency service is far from being perfect,which severely restricts the development of energy efficiency service market.This paper aims to give some feasible recommendations for the development of China's energy efficiency service market. |
