| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代中期后中国的农业发展进入了一个新的阶段,农业发展归根到底要靠农业生产率的提高,而技术进步与技术效率是农业生产率增长的源泉。本文运用数据包络分析法对现代农业生产要素投入下的中国农业生产效率进行测度,结果显示1995年以后中国农业生产的全要素生产率的增长主要由农业技术进步引起,农业技术效率低下成为农业生产率增长的瓶颈。改变目前农业生产经营的形式与提升农业劳动力的人力资本水平成为提升农业纯技术效率和规模效率进而提高技术效率的重要途径。

| Abstract: | This article makes use of data envelope analytic method to estimate China agricultural production efficiency under the modern agricultural production factors investment. The result shows that the growth of China agricultural production total productivity is mainly caused by the agricultural technology progress after 1995 and lower agricultural technology efficiency becomes its bottleneck. The change of management form of present agricultural production and the promotion of the human capital level of agricultural labor force become the important way to enhance agriculture pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency to improve the technical efficiency. |
