摘    要:随着我国改革开放不断深入,越来越多的跨国公司涌入中国,跨文化沟通以及不同文化之间的碰撞也越来越广泛地存在于经济管理过程中.本文以跨国公司联合利华在华企业--合肥利华洗涤剂有限公司为样本,对其跨文化沟通的管理过程作了深刻地剖析,探讨管理沟通与不同文化之间的关系,找出影响跨文化沟通的主要因素,为建立有效的跨文化沟通渠道提出建设性思路.

Abstract:With the deepening of reform and opening-up of our country, more and more multinational companies have swarmed into China. Cross-cultural communication and conflicts between different cultures have been inevitably and extensively present in the course of economic management in these enterprises. Taking Unilevel Hefei Detergent Co. Ltd(Chinese subsidiary of Unilevel, a multinational company) as a sample, this paper has examined thoroughly the cross-cultural communication management process of the company, studied the relationship between management communication and different culture, found out the main factors influencing effective cross-cultural communication and has put forward some constructive suggestions on the establishment of effective cross-cultural communication channels.
