| 摘 要： | 本文试图在当前我国现代化建设的整体布局中准确把握社会主义和谐社会的意义,并认识它所面临的主要挑战,认为在我国新的发展阶段上,构建和谐社会的价值意义大于工具意义。由此出发,提出构建和谐社会具有配置机制、物质基础、结构主体、整合纽带、调控机制、价值平台等六个方面的内涵和目标。进而围绕这些目标的实现,构思了从制度着手的若干途径。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors made an effort to place the connotations of socialist harmonious society in the background of the Party's layout for modernization in China. They analyze some main challenges to the social harmony, and point out that it should be taken for not only an instrument of development, but also the purpose itself of development to construct a harmonious society. Moreover, they give some advice to build such a society in China. |
