摘    要:美国的食品安全监管模式作为世界范围内公认的灵活、高效的食品安全监管模式之一,具有监管部门职能明确、监管环节相互衔接、注重食品的风险分析与控制、食品安全信息的公开透明等特点,值得我国借鉴.我国可以模仿一门式行政审批服务模式,构建集中统一的食品安全监管机构;同时,建立食品安全信息制度和食品安全预警与控制体系,建立和完善风险分析制度以及食品安全控制体系,真正实现有效的全程监管.

Abstract:As we all know,the U.S.food safety regulatory system is qualified as one of the most flexible and efficient regulatory patterns around the world.It is with the features of clear functions of supervision departments,tight connections among regulators,attaching importance to risk analysis and control and ensuring open and transparent information which are all worth our study.China can model itself on the pattern of "one-department supervision",and establish a food safety information release system and an pre-warning system.Furthermore,China may also establish and improve its risk analysis and control system in order to truly achieve full supervision.
