| 摘 要： | 西方经济学家对就业问题的长期研究和探索,形成了适应市场经济要求的多角度、多层次的就业理论,如古典经济学派的就业理论、凯恩斯的充分就业理论、发展经济学派的就业理论、新凯恩斯主义的工资粘性就业理论等。本文旨在对西方就业理论的演变进程作科学、客观的评析,以期对解决我国日益严峻的就业问题有所借鉴与启示。
