社会工作教育在中国的发展

自二十世纪八十年代末,社会工作在中国恢复发展以来,社会工作教育一直在其中扮演重要角色。与其他专业知识教育不同,社会工作教育不仅是专业知识、技巧的传递过程,也是专业价值培养与塑造的过程。在中国社会工作职业化的初始阶段,专业形象的建立与社会工作教育的素质密切相关。我们应注意从课程教育、价值教育与实习教育三个层面,系统地发展中国社会工作教育,同时加强院校间,教育部门与相关政府部门的协作,共同推进中国社会工作的发展步伐。

The Development of Social Work Education in China

Social work has been restored in China since the end of 1980's, in which social work education plays an important role. Different from other profession knowledge educations, the social work education is not only a process in which profession knowledge and techniques are delivered, also a profess in which profession value is cultivated. We should develop systematically the Chinese social work from the course education, the value education and the practice education and enhance the college cooperation, the cooperation between the education department and the related government departments.
