农村土地征收促进了农村家庭保险需求吗?——基于社区社会空间视角的实证研究

农村土地征收不仅表现出社区地理空间的变迁,并伴有明显的社区社会空间转变特征。由于农村家庭行为决策受社区社会行为影响较大,所以家庭在面对土地征收做决策时会将社区社会空间因素考虑在内。基于此,从理论和实证两个角度对农村土地征收的社会空间效应对农村家庭保险需求的影响加以研究。结果表明:一方面,农村土地征收通过社区财政收入、社区收入水平及社区劳动力外出就业等渠道,给家庭带来的社会-经济空间异化效应,抑制了农村家庭保险需求。另一方面,农村土地征收产生的社区社会空间集聚效应促进了农村社区家庭保险需求。因此,为了提高失地农民保障水平,促进失地农民多层次保障体系有效运行,农村社区政府应该积极完善财务透明制度和信息公开制度,以减少因土地征收带来的社会-经济空间异化对农村家庭保险购买的影响。同时,商业保险参与完善失地农民保障过程中需要合理利用土地征收后社区社会空间升级优势。

Does Rural Land Expropriation Promote Rural Household Insurance Needs?—An empirical research based on the community social space perspective

Rural land acquisition not only shows the change of community geography space,but also has obvious characteristics of community social space transformation.Since rural family behavior decisions are greatly influenced by community social behaviors,families will take into account community social space factors when making decisions in the face of land acquisition.Based on this,this paper systematically and empirically analyzes the impact of the social spatial effects of rural land acquisition on rural household insurance demand.Research shows that on the one hand,the rural land expropriation has brought about a socioeconomic spatial alienation effect to the family through the channels of community fiscal revenue,community income level and community labor out of employment,which has curbed the demand for rural household insurance.On the other hand,the community social spatial agglomeration effect generated by rural land acquisition promotes the demand for family insurance in rural communities.Therefore,in order to improve the level of protection for land-losing farmers,the multi-level security system for land-losing farmers has been promoted to operate effectively.The rural community government should actively improve the financial transparency system and the information disclosure system to reduce the impact of social-economic space alienation caused by land acquisition on rural household insurance purchases.At the same time,commercial insurance involved in the process of improving the security of land-losing farmers needs to make rational use of the advantages of community social space upgrading after land acquisition.
