| 摘 要： | 人大监督、行政内部监督、政协监督、舆论监督和群众监督构成当代中国政府公共信息服务的监督体制。该体制存在一些缺陷,这些缺陷就是当前中国政府公共信息服务监督体制创新的主要动因。为此,要把强化人大监督机制、考评监督机制、政协监督机制和舆论监督机制作为当前中国政府公共信息服务监督体制创新的路径选择。

| Abstract: | The supervision of the People's Congress,the administrative inner supervision,the supervision by CPPCC,the supervision by public opinion and the supervision by the masses form the supervision system of government public information service in Contemporary China.The system has defects,and these defects are the major motive factors of the innovations of the supervision system of government public information service in China today.So the chosen routes to the innovations of the supervision system are to strengthen the mechanism of supervision by the People's Congress,to strengthen the mechanism of checking and rating supervision,to strengthen the mechanism of the supervision by CPPCC,and to strengthen the mechanism of the supervision by public opinion. |
