| 摘 要： | 城市共同配送是将城市众多流通单位处理同种或异种商品的功能统和起来，将小量货物转化成商品集运，形成大批量的配送，实现提高物流效率、降低物流成本、缓解城市交通压力的高水平的物流服务。株洲市发展城市共同配送有市场体系健全、商贸流通发达、交通便利、物流信息平台服务、政策支持等优势，同时，还存在物流企业设备落后、物流节点缺乏等弱势，应该从加强政策支持与引导、构建共同配送模式、建立评估指标体系、发挥行业协会作用、推进物流信息化等方面努力，发展株洲市城市共同配迭。

| Abstract: | The paper begins with the concept of urban logistics distribution and the types from the evolution and the concentrated degree. Then, using the SWTO analysis method, the paper analyzes the conditions such as the economy, city logistics, transportation, the political environment, to find opportunities and threats. The paper analyzes the conditions such as logistics enterprises, logistics node, and the platform of information, to find Advantages and disadvantages. Lastly, Give some suggestions about the joint distribution. |
