| 摘 要： | 通过实地调查，对7名农村小微企业主进行深度访谈，利用质性分析软件Nviv08对访谈材料进行了探索性分析。研究发现，农村小微企业融资制约因素主要有四个方面，即企业及企业主自身缺陷、金融机构服务“三农”水平低下、国家宏观经济下行压力及国家小微企业扶持政策实效性有限等，最后讨论了上述研究发现的理论意义及政策建议。

| Abstract: | The study made in-depth interviews with seven rural small and micro entrepreneurs, and analyzed the interview material by using the qualitative analysis software Nvivo8. The study found that four main reasons which led to the financing cconstraint of rural small and micro enterprises are as following： the defect of the enterprise and entrepreneurs, the low level of financial institutions in rural services, the downward pressure of national macroeconomic, the limited timeliness of supportive policies. Finally, the study concludes with the discussion of the theoretical significance of the findings and policy recommendations. |
