论当代企业管理伦理的人本理念

摘    要:人本理念经过了以人际关系为本、以人的需要为本、以人的自我实现为本、以人的复杂性为本、以人的有限理性为本、以人的文化性为本等发展阶段,其基本含义是企业要坚持以人为中心的管理,把"人"作为企业管理的核心和企业最重要的资源,把企业全体员工作为管理的主体,围绕着怎样充分利用和开发企业的人力资源,服务于企业内外的利益相关者,从而使企业目标和企业成员个人目标都能得以实现。作为企业管理的一个基本的伦理道德规律,人本管理因强调充分尊重人的正当需要、大力促进人际和谐、把人的全面发展作为根本目标而具有深刻的伦理意蕴。在具体操作中,它要求企业以人道主义的方式对待利益相关者,公正、宽容、民主地开展企业管理。

Abstract:The ideal of humanism has gone through the seedtime of human relationships and needs and self-fulfillment and complicacy and limited logos and nature of culture. It means the management of enterprise should get to the heart of which is human, which is the most important resources and the main body of the management of enterprise, and enclosing how to using and exploiting human resources to serve the stakeholders of enterprise with the result that the aim both enterprise and members realized. Humanism because of fully esteeming human proper needs and vigorously promoting harmonious human relationships and ultimately laying human whole development becomes an ethical law, and calls for humane treatment to stakeholders and the impartial and tolerant and democratic management.
