| 摘 要： | 应用技术大学是地方本科院校转型发展的必由之路。＂双师型＂教师队伍是实现法律职业人才培养目标的基本保障。数量充足、专业化、高素质、专兼职相融合,是其建设的基本目标;扎紧入口,加强内引外联和制度建设,是其建设的基本路径;培养＂能思、能做、能讲、能说、能写＂的＂五能＂法律职业人才是其建设的基本目的。

| Abstract: | The transformation development of local undergraduate universities is the inevitable course to application technique universities. The team of ＂Dual-qualification Teachers＂ is basic path to achieve the goal of legal professional training. The fundamental objective of the establishment bases on sufficient professional high-quality teacher team. It is an elemental way to restrict entrances, improve inner quotation and external connection and construct system. Education of legal professional talents being requested with elaborative faculty, operational ability, expressive and talkative ability and writing skill is the essential purpose of establishment of application technique universities. |
