困惑与超越:低碳经济的哲学反思

低碳经济是目前全球经济的背景语境。当今国际社会,开始普遍反思工业化以来传统的高能耗高污染经济发展模式所带来的气候变化及其他环境问题,开始追求低碳经济的低能耗高清洁高效率的发展模式。正因为如此,国际范围内展开了一系列围绕"低碳"问题的经济、技术和政治博弈。这场错综复杂的博弈根源于目前低碳经济所面临的困惑:气候变暖的真实性;发展模式短期内彻底转变的难题;新能源技术的研发和应用瓶颈;全球碳分配、碳测算、碳交易的国际认同与法律保障等等。直面这些困惑,一方面应该确证超越困惑的哲学基础:可持续发展的哲学;另一方面应该寻求超越困惑的智慧:国家低碳经济战略的民族哲学思维。

Confusion and Transcendence： the Philosophical reflection of Low-carbon Economy

Low-carbon economy is the background of the current global economic context. Today＇s international community, since the begin- ning of industrialization in general reflect the high energy consumption of traditional high-polluting mode of economic development brought by climate change and other environmental issues, began to pursue a low carbon economy low energy high cleaning efficiency of development. Because of this, the International launched a series of focus within the ＂low carbon＂ problem of economic, technological and political game. This game, rooted in the complex low-carbon economy, is currently facing the confusion： the truth of climate change; development model completely changed the short term problem; new energy technology development and application bottlenecks; global carbon allocation, car bon estimates, carbon trading international recognition and legal protection and so on. Facing these puzzles, on the one hand, the philosophi- cal foundation of transcending the confusion, the philosophy of sustainable development, should be confirmed; the other hand, wisdom be- yond the confusion, philosophical thinking of national strategy for the national low-carbon economy, should be sought.
