New Theory Development of Criminal Law from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

Now,China is developing ecological civilization society.As one of powerful guarantee means of the construction of ecological civilization,criminal law should be steered from the theory and practice.Ideally,as a new discipline direction,the science of environmental criminal law is gradually mature,and the legislative model of environmental criminal law has been caused reflection of scholars.On theory discussion of environmental criminal law and the environment crimes,the strict liability theory,the causal relationships proving theory,ecological environmental law benefit theory,environmental ethics,morality and other new vision is now developing.
