| 摘 要： | 基于物流园区产业集群的新材料产业基地应该在物流理念与产业集群理论的指导下科学制定规划,完善基础设施,开展土地储备,强化服务功能,以人才支撑园区发展,以推进新型工业化、实施"工业强市"战略,促进区域经济的发展。

| Abstract: | New material industry based on the logistics park industry cluster should be guided by logistics concept and the theory of industrial cluster.We should plan for it scientifically,perfect the infrastructure,carry out land reserve,enhance the service functions and employ talent people to support the development of logistic park in order to promote the industrialization,to implement the strategy of ＂industrialized city＂ and boost the development of regional economy. |
