| 摘 要： | 正义是西方伦理学研究的主要领域之一，在现代社会中，正义观被普遍理解为权利平等。制度正义包括制度本身正义和制度运行正义。医疗救助制度作为保障平等享有基本人权的再分配制度，其正义性有着丰富的内涵与理论依据。然而医疗救助制度正义性在设计与运行中存在诸多阻隔因素。与经济社会发展相适应，不断提高医疗救助的公平与效率，才能提高医疗救助制度的正义性。

| Abstract: | Justice, which generally be understood as equality of rights in contemporary times, is one of the main areas in western ethnics. Institutional justice consists of systematic justice itself and its operation. Justice in Medical assistance system which is a reallocation system that ensures the equality in enjoying basic human rights has abundant connotation and solid theoretical foundation. However, realizing the justice in Medical assistance system is still facing lots of blocking factors as far as the system＇s designing and operation. The＇justice can only be improved in accordance with the continuous development of economy and society, and improvement of the equality and efficiency of medical assistance. |
