College English Teaching Mode Under Network Environment

The fast development of multimedia network technique has opened up a new field for multimedia assisted College English Teaching, while the constructivism theory and the input hypothesis form a firm basis for the design and construction of its teaching mode. The teaching mode discussed here is located in China network and campus network. The teaching terrace of college English, the skills as well as the knowledge displayed in certain CD-ROMs support it. Therefore, the mode is a complementary device to the traditional teaching method. The teaching terrace of college English includes teaching/learning system, teaching/learning resource system, teaching/learning managing system and final evaluation system, which provides a wider space and brings network information to optimize English instruction in college.
