摘    要:当前,城市发展与旧建筑保护的矛盾日益突出,在城市快速更新的过程中如何实现既有建筑的可持续发展,形成保护与更新有机结合的发展模式显得非常重要。通过介绍国外六个旧建筑改造的成功案例,对在城市发展中建筑设计应如何实现可持续发展的原则进行了探索,对国外旧建筑改造的思想和方法进行具体的讨论和分析,阐述了空间规划、节能等理念在旧建筑改造中的应用,说明西方建筑师对旧建筑改造的最新态度和利用方式,提出旧建筑改造需要在解决技术难题的同时赋予建筑新的生命力,保留建筑历史意蕴的同时展望未来,创新是其间最为重要的因素。

Abstract:Presently, the contradiction between urban development and old construction protection is prominent day by day. It appears very important to realize sustainable development of existing construction, and to form the protection and restoration development model in the urban fast restoration process. This paper bu introducing six successful cases from foreign transformation of the old buildings explores the principles of architectural designs in the urban development which realize the sustainable development and pay more attention to the restoration and transformation process of in current foreign countries. This paper elaborates on space planning, energy saving ideas, such as in the transformation of the old building in the application of western architects of the transformation attitudes and patterns. The existing construction restoration should give new vitality to the building in the solution of technical problems, and retain historical implication in looking forward to the future. The innovation is the most important factor.
