| 摘 要： | 学术失范的原因是多方面的。对学术失范现象,一方面应该理性地看待现状,对学术失范行为不要过分悲观。另一方面必须正视学术失范的危害,建立学术研究的自律和外部监督机制;学术研究应遵守基本的学术道德规范;倡导学术自由的理念,培育独立人格;学术评价体制应把质量放在第一位。

| Abstract: | This article halds that,there are a few factors leading to anomie in academic research.On the one hand,people should not be too pessimistic aboutthe anomiein academic research,admitting it reasonably.On the other hand,people should to face up toits harmfulness and establish the mechanism of self-discipline and external supervision.In academic research,the fundamentalacademic ethic standards should be observed,the idea of academic liberty should be encouraged,and theindependent personality should be cultivated.And the quality should be stressed in academic evaluation. |
