摘    要:战略更新是近年来组织最具挑战性和关键性的活动之一。不同学者从不同角度出发来理解"战略更新"这个术语。战略更新是使组织核心能力和产品市场变革的一个渐进式或革命式的变化过程。组织外部环境的迅速变化要求企业进行战略更新;组织内部的均衡等同于死亡的这一特征也使战略更新成为必然。

Abstract:In recent years, strategic renewal has become one of the most challenging activities in enterprises. Researchers have attempted to interpret the term "strategic renewal" from different perspectives. This article tries to make a synthesis of the concepts of strategic renewal based on a generalization of various viewpoints. It is claimed that strategic renewal is an incremental or revolutionary changing process which will brings about changes in an organization's core competencies and its product market domain. The strategic renewal is regarded as inevitable, first because the rapid changes of the environment force enterprises to do so, and secondly, it is believed that the internal equilibrium will cause a death of the enterprises.
