A framework of land reserve system in China

With the improvement of socialist market economy, the land market has become more standardized in China. However, some problems still remain which are affecting the development of land market in China. Setting up urban land reserve is one effective way to solve those problems and control the land market better. This paper describes the factors affecting the establishment of land reserve system, the principles to follow and some features of the system, then it proposes the procedures to set up an effective land reserve system and a framework of this system.
