高校科技创新团队创新能力影响因素分析

高校的科研创新是国家创新系统的重要组成部分,当前中国正在努力建设创新型国家,科技创新已成为一个国家和社会发展的关键因素,如何积极支持高校科研创新,实现高校科研创新突破,提高科研创新团队创新能力已成为高等教育发展的迫切需要。通过对哈尔滨工业大学几个有代表性的实际调研,认定团队的领导模式、成员间联系的紧密性、团队所处的发展时期、成员的科研背景以及团队组织结构、团队文化是团队创新能力的决定性因素,由此探讨了目前高校科研创新团队创新能力的现状及突出问题,提出从科研创新团队产生及创新能力培养的环境的营造方面作为解决策略。

Research on Influence Factors of Innovation Capability of University Science and Technology Innovation Team

University science and technology innovation is an important part of the national innovation system.Today China is working hard to construct a innovation nation,science and technology innovation has become a key factor of national and social development and how to support actively the research of higher education,to carry out the research innovation breakthrough,and to raise the creative ability of creative team of research have become an urgent demand of the higher education development.By the investigating the several representative teams,the leadership mode,the compactness contact of members in a team,the developing period,the research background and the team organization structure of members and the team culture are regarded as the decisive factors of creative ability of team.The paper deals with the present status and outstanding problem of innovation capability of the university science and technology innovation team and then puts forward the resolving strategy from construction aspect of university science and technology innovation team and the culture environment of innovation capability.
