| 摘 要： | 虚拟企业是当今世界发达国家企业经营管理理论与实践的热点问题。国内外学者分别从组织、技术、产品等角度对虚拟企业定义。这些定义强调了实现企业目标的手段 ,而没有关注虚拟企业的基本特征。虚拟企业的基本特征是对有限资源的有效集成 ,即资源性 ;众多企业以契约为基础构成联盟 ,即契约性 ;联盟成员随机遇变化而变化 ,即战略阶段性。虚拟企业的定义应包含这三方面基本特征

| Abstract: | Virtual enterprise is one of the hotspots of corporation management theory and practice in developed countries in the world nowadays. Foreign and Chinese researchers have defined virtual enterprise from the perspectives of organization, technology and production. These definitions emphasize the ways to realize the goal of enterprise without paying much attention to the basic characteristics of virtual enterprise. The basic characteristics of virtual enterprise are, first, it has strength in integrating limited resources more efficiently. Secondly, virtual enterprise is formed by an alliance of many corporations on the basis of contract. Thirdly, the members of the alliance are subject to change in accordance to the situation in the market. The concept of virtual enterprise should include those three basic characteristics. |
