| 摘 要： | 定量地考察中国民事法学的研究现状，将对中国民事法学理论的发展和提高起到一定的指引作用。采用引文分析方法，对《中文社会科学引文索引》数据库中民事法学研究文献的引文进行了信息可视化分析。作者共被引分析的结果显示，王利明、梁慧星、王泽鉴、史尚宽、郑成思、吴汉东、江平、尹田、杨立新、孙宪忠、谢在全、郑玉波、崔建远等学者是中国民事法学研究领域影响较大的代表人物；文献共被引分析的结果显示，高被引文献主要是图书，学术期刊很少。为提高民事法学研究论文的质量，建议研究者进行民事法学研究和发表学术论文时，应提高对学术期刊论文和国外文献的引用率。

| Abstract: | It is to be great significant to quantitatively study of the current research situation of Chinese civil law. This paper analyzes the documents in the domain of Chinese civil law published by CSSCI during 1998 - 2007 by Using citation analysis and information visualization technique. The results of author co -cited analysis shows that, Wang Li - ming, Liang Hui -xing, Wang Ze -jian, Shi Shang - kuan, Zheng Cheng - si, Wu Han - dong, Jiang Ping, Yin Tian, Yang Li - xin, Sun Xian - zhong, Xie Zai -quan, Zheng Yu - bo, Cui Jian - yuan, etc. are the representatives in the domain of Chinese civil law. The results of reference co - cited analysis shows that, most of highly cited references are books. In order to improve the quality of articles in the domain of Chinese civil law, this paper suggests that researchers should increase the citation ratio of journal articles ＆ foreign literatures. |
