民末宪政刍议

“民末宪政”是一个新提出的学术课题，该课题相关内容在以往的中国近代史研究中长期未能提上重要位置。与民末宪政相关的研究虽早已有之，但由于研究视角和研究视野的限制长期没有深入的进展，民末宪政并没有真正进入历史学的视野。民末宪政的整个过程，经历了从酝酿、制宪到行宪三个阶段。随着新资料的发掘，民末宪政各个阶段的历史细节都需要进行充实。民末宪政是中国近代政治史上一场重要的政治改革，基于对宪政和民主概念的认知，认为从蒋介石、从国民党或从整个近代中国政治发展等不同视角看问题，对民末宪政的历史诠释就会丰富起来，研究视野就会得以拓宽。

Research on the Constitutionalism in Late Republican China

＂The Constitutionalism in Late Republican China＂ is a new academic subject, and the content about this subject has not been put on an important position. Although related research has long been existed, there is no In -depth progress for the restrictions of research view and research perspective, and ＂the Constitutionalisro in Late Republican China＂ has not really entered the vision of historical field. The whole process of ＂the Constitutionalisro in Late Republican China＂ experienced such three stages as follows： gestation, constitutional establishment and eonstitutionalisro promotion. With new material being discovered, the historical details of every stage should be enriched. As the iroportant political reform in modem Chinese political history, based on the cognizance on the concept of constitutionalisro and democracy, this paper proposes that the historical interpretation will be diversified and the horizons of the research will be broadened if people survey this subject froro such different angles such as Chiang Kai - shek, KMT or the whole political development in roodern China.
