摘    要:如何消除企业知识团队知识创新过程中的不确定性,是知识管理研究的一个重要问题。基于企业知识团队内部知识的不同特点,区分了企业知识团队公共知识与私人知识、对称知识与非对称知识、完全知识与不完全知识三组知识类型,认为由于这三组知识类型的分野,导致了知识团队知识创新过程中的主体不确定性、主体间不确定性(通称为内生不确定性)和外生不确定性。企业知识团队知识创新不确定性的消解,需要在分析不确定性产生原因的基础上寻求相应的解决方案,其实质在于实现企业知识团队内部高效的知识共享和解决企业知识团队与外部环境的"适应性"问题。

Abstract:How to solve the problem of uncertainty during innovation process is an important question of knowledge management.In the view of the different characters of knowledge in the enterprise intellectual team,there are three types of knowledge: namely general knowledge and individual knowledge,symmetric knowledge and asymmetric knowledge and complete knowledge and incomplete knowledge.Meanwhile,these differences produced the following uncertainty: uncertainty on main body,uncertainty in the main body(both are also named inter-uncertainty) and uncertainty beside the main body.However the payoff of uncertainty in the enterprise intellectual team realized the information share and harmonized the condition between the enterprise intellectual team and social intellectual team.
