| 摘 要： | 1951年5月23日＂十七条协议＂的签订标志着中国共产党和平解放西藏的努力取得了历史性的进展,这是以毛泽东同志为代表的中国共产党人将马克思主义的普遍真理与中国革命具体实践相结合,以和平方式解决边疆与民族问题、完成国家统一大业的历史性创举。中国共产党人思想上高度重视解放西藏的战略重要性;舆论上坚决回击帝国主义的阴谋干涉;行动上积极果断以军事实力为后盾展示解决西藏问题的决心;方法上积极争取广大爱国藏胞的支持以和平方式解放西藏。
