校企知识转移2-模网络中企业员工吸收能力测度与分析

不断增强企业的吸收能力，是提高校企合作绩效，特别是校企知识转移绩效的内在要求。通过对哈尔滨工业大学机器人研究所与奇瑞汽车公司合作案例的分析，构建了校企知识转移2-模网络，并对该网络进行了“行转换”后的1-模数据分析、中心性分析、SVD分析及核心一边缘分析等。在实证分析的基础上，研究了企业吸收能力的关系属性，影响企业吸收能力的关键因素，网络中聚类的成因及对提高吸收能力的作用等理论问题。

Measurement and Analysis of Employees' Absorptive Capacity in University-enterprise 2-mode Network

It is contributed to the improvement of collaboration performance and knowledge transfer performance that we pay attention to for the enterprise absorptive capacity during the process of knowledge transfer between university and enterprise. Based on the analysis of the cooperative case of Chery and HIT, a 2 - mode network was constructed. The one - mode data after ＂row＂ transformed, eentricity, SVD and core - edge were analyzed. Then we researched some theoretical problems, such as the relation attributes of enterprise absorptive capacity, the main factors that affected the enterprise absorptive capacity and the reasons why cluster was formed and its action on knowledge absorption in network.
