国际科技合作创新博弈分析

全球经济一体化趋势日益增强,使得国家间的联系和相互依赖性日益加深,跨国和跨区域的合作不断扩大,探讨国际科技合作创新的研究已经成为现代学术发展的新方向。本文在对国际科技合作、合作创新以及合作博弈的概念进行了界定的基础上,通过博弈理论,系统的对国际科技合作创新进行了研究,建立了国际科技合作创新博弈模型,分析得到了国际企业进行合作创新需要满足的充要条件。同时,以两个企业合作第m次合作创新为实证,归纳出国际科技合作创新的可行性判断标准及影响因素,提出了促进国际科技合作创新的策略需求。

An Analysis on the International Cooperation Game in Science and Technology

With the enhancing integration of global economy,countries of the world become more interdependent.Against this background,it is a new trend for modern academics to make studies on international cooperation and innovation in science and technology(ICISCTC).This paper,based on definitions given to the terms of ICISCTC,technology innovation and cooperative game,makes a systematic analysis on international cooperation and innovation in science and technology with the game theory.By the establishment of a game model on this cooperation,the paper concludes the sufficient and necessary conditions for transnational enterprises to cooperate and innovate.Meanwhile,with an empirical study on two enterprises’ cooperation and innovation,the paper draws standards to judge the feasibility of ICISCTC and influence factors of ICISCTC,also put forward strategies on promoting ICISCTC.
