| 摘 要： | 区域经济一体化已经成为当今世界经济发展的一个重要趋势。传统的解释是建立在瓦伊纳的《关税同盟》一文中提出的一体化的贸易创造效应和贸易转移效应上的。从新制度经济学的角度对国际区域经济一体化产生的原因进行解释,降低交易费用是区域经济一体化产生的内在因素,在完全的自由贸易无法实现的条件下, 为降低由于制度缺陷所造成的交易费用而产生了区域经济一体化,而不断降低的交易费用将进一步促进区域经济一体化的形成。

| Abstract: | Regional economic integration has become one of the important trends in modern time in the world. The traditional explanation for this phenomenon was from the perspective of trade's creativity and transitional effects of the integration according to Vincr's article Customs Union.A new explanation of regional economic integration is provided in this paper from the perspective of neo-institutional economics. It is argued that to reduce the transaction cost is the immanent factor in forming the regional economic integration. When complete free trade cannot be guaranteed, there would be a need to form the regional economic integration so as to reduce the trade cost. |
