财富创造 ,通常被认为是一种经济行为 ,与道德关系不大。文章通过借鉴西方发达国家的研究成果进行理论分析 ,试图证明财富创造也是一种道德行为 ;运用道德手段来获取利润 ,是经济发展必然带来的道德进步。在我国加入WTO之际 ,企业伦理与国际接轨已势在必行。加强企业伦理道德建设 ,是企业创造财富与价值最为有效且成本最低的途径和方法 ,也是真正落实以德治国 ,促进国家经济繁荣昌盛的重要保证

Role and development tendency of commercial ethics in market competition

On the basis of a questionnaire survey among managerial leaders of enterprises in fifteen big and medium-size cities in China, a conclusion is reached that commercial ethics plays an important role in business credit in the intense market competition. To strengthen the commercial ethics education is an important path and method which can establish good commercial credit with the lowest cost. This paper analyzes the development tendency of commercial ethics in the 21st century and puts forward some countermeasures.
