| 摘 要： | 建筑供应链中的物流管理问题,直接关系到建筑企业物流成本的节约。以现代物流及供应链理论为指导,分析了建筑供应链的特点和存在的问题,得出应利用第三方物流企业进行建筑供应链的物流整合。通过"采用物流业务外包提高核心竞争力"、"采用第三方物流实现JIT配送"、"采用第三方物流企业提供信息共享服务"、"与第三方物流企业建立物流联盟"等一系列活动,达到降低建筑供应链物流成本、增强建筑供应链的整体竞争实力的目的。

| Abstract: | The issue of logistics management in construction supply chain is essential to save logistics cost of construction enterprises.Based on the theories of modern logistics management and supply chain management,this paper analyzes characteristic and existing problems of construction supply chain,putting forward the conclusion that we should make logistics consolidation in construction supply chain by third party logistics enterprises.Logistics cost of construction supply chain is decreased by out-sourcing,JIT,sharing information,logistics alliance and so on,which could realize the purpose of heightening competitive ability of whole construction supply chain. |
