中国上市公司国际化程度与经营绩效关系的实证研究

研究企业国际化经营与经营绩效之间的关联性，对确定企业国际化经营战略具有重要的指导意义，以往理论界对企业国际化经营与经营绩效之间关系的研究至今尚未得出一致结论。从沪深两市进行对外直接投资较多的行业中选取30家上市公司为研究样本，在Sullivan理论基础上，从绩效、结构和态度三个维度选取六项指标衡量企业的国际化程度，并通过主成分分析、因子分析、回归分析等统计方法检验我国A股上市公司的国际化程度与经营绩效的关系。研究结果表明：企业国际化程度与经营绩效之间存在显著的正向线性相关关系；国际化程度是由国际化的结构、区域分散和海外表现三方面共同作用的，其中国际化结构因子对于国际化程度的影响最大，而海外表现因子的影响最小；企业在增加对国际经营涉入程度的同时也实现了提高自身经营绩效的目标。

Empirical Analysis of the Relationship between the Chinese Listed Companies' Degree of Internationalization and Operating Performance
