| 摘 要： | 科学已成为人类社会变革与发展的主导力量 ,为了促进我国科学的发展 ,探索其政策取向有其必要性。我国科学发展政策在经济全球化的背景下 ,应把握国际科学政策的发展脉络 ,谋求平等互惠的国际合作 ,以增强科技竞争力。将增强科技竞争力作为我国科学发展的评价标准 ,制定可行的提高科学工作者的数量和素质的战略。

| Abstract: | Science is an overwhelming power for innovation and development of human society. It is necessary to explore the developing tendency of policies that can accelerate the development of science in China. Policies for the scientific development in China is confronting with the challenge in the time of global economy. It is highly proposed to study the international science policies so as to set up policies that are favorable to the mutual cooperation between China and other countries, and to the development of science in China. |
