| 摘 要： | 种族主义与美国外交政策相结合由来已久。作为对外扩张和实施全球战略的意识形态工具,美国对外关系中的种族主义一般有两个基调:肯定与否定。否定基调又有两个层次:"愚昧论"和"威胁论"。种族主义堪称美国外交政策的"晴雨表",其不同的基调和层次预示着美国不同的外交政策。

| Abstract: | Racism has always been integrated into foreign policy in the United States, serving as a global strategy and a long-standing ideological tool of expanding towards the world. Racism presents two tendencies in America's foreign relations: a positive one and a negative one. Moreover, the negative one contains two sub-levels: The lower one called ignorant theory and the higher one called threatening theory. Like a weatherglass, different tendencies of racism in America's foreign relations indicate that different foreign policy is to be adopted. |
